Efficiency, Proactivity and Empathy are Core Customer Values Missing from MiWays Ethos

For your volcabulary MiWay:

Empathy: the capacity to understand or feel what another person is experiencing from within the other being's frame of reference

Proactivity: serving to prepare for, intervene in, or control an expected occurrence or situation, especially a negative or difficult one

Efficiency: is the (often measurable) ability to avoid wasting materials, energy, efforts, money, and time in doing something or in producing a desired result.

In remediation to a 2 month not yet finalized claim against a MiWay client, please explain:

Is it acceptable treatment of the claimant to be expected to follow up and drive the claims process every single step of the way, using an email and call center system which wastes countless minutes of time and effort as they go un-answered or be unavailable?

Is it acceptable process that claims can run over 2 months and still not be finalised?

Is it acceptable that MiWay's specialist assessor repair quotations can fall thousands of rands below those quotes obtained from multiple reputable industry panel beaters, as well as lower than the same panel beater just a few days later?

Is it acceptable that after visiting the prescribed panel beater I am told that structural repairs will be for my own account?

Is it acceptable that I have had to borrow a freinds vehicle to enjoy my december family holiday as I cannot open my boot fully and my spare wheel is jammed inside, even though I stipulated this urgency to your agent 2 months ago?

Is it acceptable that I am considering using my own insurance, Discovery, to effect my repairs and have their legal team persue repair cost retribution against your client?

Is it acceptable for you to state 'passionate about service delivery, convenience & innovation' in your public twitter account when you do not honour and breathe this type of committment in real life?

I was patient and co-operative but I have passed my tipping point.
