Efficiency personafied

I got stuck with a flat tyre on my way to work, i called Miway to get assistance , i was anxious as i had an important meeting around 9h00am and thought i was not going to make it. Ms Tammy Lynn Lewis(from Miway) picked up the phone at 2nd rings and explained everything to me within minutes of droping the call i had a reference number and details of the guy who would be coming to fix my tyre. He arrived within 15 minutes of the call , he identified himself promptely was friendly and worked fast and was done in less than 10 min. Ms Tammy lynn Lewis from Miway gave me a call to check how things were and by then i was already on the road. Needless to say the efficiency and effortless manner in which i was able to articulate what i needed and the assistance given was impeccable. Well done Miway firstly for employing such professional people and for your making your service hassle free. Oh and i made the meeting on time :)
