Efficiency in sorting out corrections/updates

Took householders and car insurance out with Mi-Way, when received Policy Contract on 23.12.15, reviewed and found errors and omissions thereon. <br> Tried to query and correct these items on the new contract with another agent of Miway, Antonia on 05.1.16, but was not satisfied with her performance or efficiency in sorting out my problems on contract.<br> Got hold of Dineo via Call Centre on 06.1.16 who assisted me in sorting out the policy contract and confirming final premiums, etc. (Ref. no for that interaction : ***)<br> Thank-U Dineo for your attention to detail and efficiency in dealing with new customers.....
