Efficiency and just exceptional service

I received my new policy schedule on Sunday and sent a mail querying it. by lunch time I received a call and I quickly explained what I want to know ( I brought a new car in may and took the insurance fixed for three years but my premium is going up as well as the amount does not add up on the old policy.) within a minute I was explained that the old policy included the admin fee where as the new one did not as they removed it ( awesome) one problem sorted second problem, why is the installment going up? I was placed on hold and not even three minutes later was told she needs to speak to someone else and will call me back shortly. a few minutes later call came in and I was told that I indeed did select the fixed option and there is a computer error so they will remove it and adjust the amount to the correct one ( the down side is that for the next two years I will have to call to advise them of the same but it is not a problem as it IS a pleasure dealing with them ) I had a issue with another service provider not to long ago and after three hours on the phone with a lot of swearing and frustration this was resolved and not even an apology from them, Thanks for your GREAT SERVICE
