Efficiency

I called in to confirm if my details were up to date and whether my supporting documents were received.<br> <br> He was very friendly and willing to assist, he checked and found out that my documents were not received and he offered his email address so I could forward them directly to him and he was going to ensure that they were updated.<br> <br> When was trying to forward me his email address he picked up that my email address was captures incorrectly by the previous person who took my details so he updated and offered to resend my policy details as he also picked up that I never received due to the wrong email.<br> <br> He also assisted me in getting / upgrading my insurance to add \MiMovables"and he was quick and efficient"
