Effective Service
My phone was ****** out of hand recently. I am glad I was insured with Miway. I was assisted by Tumelo Khubane. He worked quickly and thoroughly. I liked the fact that I could email him directly without having to wait for an automated response. Thanks for the great service.

10 Feb 2021, 10:42I may have done a review too soon. Although the service seemed good, there has been major hassles with the Card Claims department. The first SMS that came through would not accept my ID number reply. I reached out to Tumelo who has since stopped replying to my mails for some reason. Then an agent from the Claims Card department said a new SMS would be sent shortly but several days later and I still have not received one. I feel like I am being avoided.
