<p>Experienced problems with my car and got in touch with Miway contact center, I was assited by Patrick Mbalapi, his service was superb, he asked my whereabouts and assured me that a tow truck will be despatched to come and assist me. Within seconds of hanging, I started receiving sms's keeping me informed about every detail with regards to my claim being logged and despatch of tow truck. Further to that, I got telephone calls confirming if I was still ohk and have been assisted. I applaud the individual for the speedy respond and coming to my rescue.
