Eating consulatant!!!!

<p>I called in to do some enquiries on the policy, the consultant by the name of Dorcas answered and I could hear that she was busy eating. She keep on saying that she can't hear me and requested my policy or id number even though I keep asking her if she was eating. it took seconds for my call to go through to her but after I requested her to transfer me it took 4minutes +. Can someone tell me how possible is it? or is this how clients are treated in the morning cause consultants are hungry?</p> <p>Call made @ 08:04 ***</p>
