Easy to debit, but takes ages to refund

<p>I cancelled some items on my policy mid month and I was promised they wont debit the full amount on my debit order date, I realised that the full premium was debited and contacted MIWAY, was advised by Mduduzi tgat ill be refunded within 24hrs, he further phoned and requested a bank statement, of which I e-mailed it to him. 48hrs, my money Dololo, I phoned again and spoke to Nqobile, she promised to get back to me, after finding out from Mduduzi and accounts dept what happened, up to now, im still awaiting a call and my money. What will it take for a smooth transaction with Miway.</p>
