Early this morning 3am,I had an incident with my vehicle and I contacted Miway Roadside assistance and was assisted by Patrick Mbhalati, I would like to commend him on his professionalism and swift response in a very stressful situation, he even organised security to come out while waited for the tow truck to, as we were 2 females. He kept following up until we were safe. I would also like to appreciate Felicity Machaba for her friendly and professional help with lodging my claim within 5 minutes. I think she and Patrick needs a promotion!!!!
