Early in the morning got a call from my driver's mother to inform me that he was involved in an accident
Early in the morning got a call from my driver's mother to inform me that he was involved in an accident. I then called myWay to assist. Patrick was very professional and understanding. Whilst I was on hold, he spoke to the mom to get more details, then put everything in action including organising the tow truck to go collect the bike. The experience has been very awesome and seamless thus far. Thanks Patrick.
