During my claims process I worked with an claims agent called Tlangelani Mculu. This man has a calming nature and is a pleasure to communicate with. He was clear, precise, friendly and empathetic. I wish him a long, successful career at MiWay as he is truly an asset. Agents are the main touchpoint with customers and he has given me the confidence I have the right insurance company.
