Yesterday I received great service from the MiWay Insurance Retention team with the assistance provided by Phemelo Khunou. I called the call centre to query my new revised annual premium amount which had increased by 25% and instead I ended the call with an estimated 20% discount / reduction from my original monthly premium. Thank you to Phemelo for handling my query with great professionalism and the retention management team for their continuous effort to keeping their clients happy in these tough economical times.
