Dude, where's my car ????

My claim is being handled poorly. The claim handler never follows up with any new developments. Called the assigned panelbeater only to find my car was not in their garage. With less 9 days remaining on my car hire. No repairs have been done, country possibly going to another hard lockdown, panelbeaters are going on leave this December and I still pay for car insurance without fail.
