Dual insurance theft.

HI i called Miway with my dual insurance issue and after getting a rude agent i was helped by their TL Motheo and he was excellent but reason i am logging this complaint is because of MIWAY system process he was not able to help me with my query which i found really disappointing really because i have paid you guys for an item which was already insured and due to your processes which i find rather low key for big company like you guys i honestly feel cheated out of my money specially because i claimed from Spec savers, you did not pay a cent towards the claim.
