Drop calls

I get phone calls and when I answer it just drops. It is then followed by a SMS which says "Good Day, please note that MiWay has tried to call youth assist with your policy as requested but has been unable to get hold of you...." Please fix your phone lines this does not look like a reputable company if you do not have proper phone lines.
