Drive you home so that they can leave you stranded
On Friday I requested drive me home which they picked me up drove me home. In the morning around 8am I noticed my malfunction light and my car died at our gate on my way out. I reached out to miway, they requested me to send an email, which I did, asked for pictures which I sent. I was informed that my case was escalated but 24 hours *** has not provided me any feedback nor a resolution. I have a immobile car in our driveway and zero feedback.

11 Apr 2022, 14:58Just to provide you with feedback. An agent called me this morning saying they are awaiting feedback from their supplier (the guys providing drivers). While everyone is consulting with each other, can we be mindful of the fact that I have not had car since Saturday morning. Seeing that this consultations are taking forever without any resolutions I propose this, as an initial step can we get my car towed to a mechanic, they can then do a diagnostic report to indicate what is wrong with the car, once we know what is wrong and what caused it, a decision can then be made as to who is liable for the repairs. I will also need a coutesy car in the meantime
