Drive me

So yesterday I booked a drive me home. Ref C*** for 5h30. For starters their driver arrived at 16h50 and called me to confirmed he had arrived to which I said my drive was for 5h30, long story short, long calls and me having left the restaurant at 15h30, mind you this is mall of Africa, so I have no idea what the driver and miway thought how long it should have taken me, needless to say, I ended up driving myself home. Just by the way guys I am now in the market for a better insurer with a little more client etiquette. Someone quote me for car, household and moveables thank you
