Dreadful experience

I do not even know where to start with the horrible service i am getting from miway, i logged a complaint yesterday about how badly i am being treated by Miway, how their service is appalling, instead of calling me and finding out what the problem or challenge is, they just email Panlecraft, i got a call from a guy called Zimpy or something, who is rude and has no way speaking to a client, when i asked when am i getting my vehicle back, he told me i am not getting it back and i could sense irritation on his voice. First it was Mpho Phoofolo who just ignored me when i do follow ups with regards to my claim, i then logged a complaint and that is also being ignored, Miway just mailed the panelshop, no call to me or email, nothing, a rude and unproffesional guy from panlecraft calls and tells me that i am not getting my car anytime soon, he could not even give me a timeframe. I am most annoyed right now with the awful experience i am getting from my insurance. these people they have assisgned to work on my car are amatures, they are unproffesional and i cannot help but wonder if they even know what they are doing there with people's cars, What kind of service is this? I chose MiWay because they had a highly rated service offering but it seems my experience so far contradicts this perception. Right now I wonder if I made the right choice joining miway. Does Miway care that my family has been without a car for nearly a month now? THEY COULD NOT CARELESS, i am still in the dark as to when my car will be done. how am i supposed to get arround? do you know how frustrated am i right now? oh i forgot, Miway does not care about that hence they assisgned amatures to attend to my vehicle. If this job is tooooo big of a job to be done then why did you not write off the car?
