Dragging 3rd party liability claim
I have been following up with MiWay regarding 3rd party liability but it's been almost a month and we are yet to be assisted in that regard... All we need is for the insurer's legal division to call the party whose car was damaged in the accident and arrange for an assessment but all we get is promises and nobody follows up.
TO MIWAY.... please please please assist.
