Double Dept

MiWay has send me from pillar to post the past week. They have "mistakenly" double debt my bank account this month. admitting to their "mistake" they promised me to refund my money - this was supposed to be on Monday the 6th December - contacted them on Tuesday the 7th December and was assured the refund is in progressed and I will receive my money by Friday the 10th December, and guess what, nothing. Contacted them again Friday the 10th and was assured the money will definitely reflect in my account today - AND needles to say nothing. I am a pensioner and depend on part time work to supplement my income and cannot afford this, specially this time of the year. Hop this will help me get my money back please.
