DOUBLE DEBIT ORDER DEDUCTED - NO RESPONSE OR RESOLUTION

MiWay, you have taken a DOUBLE DEBIT ORDER from my account this month. The person I spoke to can see the error and has escalated it to finance. After 3 days, nobody has bothered to get back to me, despite repeated attempts from my side! Can you please give my MONEY BACK, which you incorrectly took out of my account. Have the decency to call back! What has happened to you? You used to be a competent company to deal with. So sad!
