DOUBLE-DEBIT AND INCURRING UNNECESSARY BANK CHARGES ON MY BEHALF!!

Miway you double-debited my bank account on 31/01/2020 - R1583.83 and 03/02/2020 - R949.80 (premium is R943.64), on both occasions in excess of the premium actually due. I now have a negative bank balance because of your second debit and a charge of R60.00 will be levied by my bank for this unpaid debit order. Please with immediate effect refund me the amount of R1583.83 + R6.16 + R60 = R1649.99. I need my money. You are causing me to get in trouble with my other creditors and further causing me to incur further costs with my bank because of unpaid debit orders. Please resolve this matter immediately and pay my money into my account today. This is unacceptable. Your urgent response is awaited. I've spoken to Mapaseka earlier today who promised to revert to me. I'm still waiting!!!!!!
