double debit.

I took out insurance with mi-way for my vehicle. in June miway double debited me and I reversed the one debit from my bank messing up my banking profile. On the 25th of September they debit 2155 instead of them debiting 1100 from my account, again I get double debited. I called miway several times for an explanation and no one is able to provide me with one, all I am getting is an apology from them. I request for them to refund me my money back and they asking me for a bank statement. Now they make an error and I must get a bank statement and get more bank charges from my bank messing my banking profile again for their incompetence. I want my money back as most of my debit orders have bounced. I want my money without bank statement and I want my money immediately
