Double Billing

I called my way to change my banking details from savings account to credit account, and it was agreed that the next debit on the new account will kick in in the end of the coming month which is March, to my surprise money was taken from both accounts and upon discovering this I then contacted miway only to be told that I will have to wait for seven days, which I'm not happy about. And to make things worse the premium has changed without my consent.
