Doube Deductions

<p>Good Morning</p> <p> </p> <p>This month of April MIWAY deducted my account twice on the 15 & 18 respectivly, I contacted them and ask them why they made 2 deductions on the same month and they said it was an error and I went to the bank to reverse 2nd deduction on the 20 April 2017. Suprisingly last night I received an SMS from Miway indicating I missed premium for this month and I will not be covered until next month. My question is which premium iam missing because i reversed one of the twoo premiums you deducted from my account in a same month? This thing is annoying because no one is willing. If this nonsense is not being resolved today then tomorrow morning the first thing I will cancel my Insurance with you because I am tired of this ******* of termishing my image as a defaulter.</p>
