Don't want to cencel or respond

Very, very poor service. My fiance cancelled her insurance the 5th of Feb and still haven't gotten a response. Even with numerous emails send. They just ignore you. Now she received a mail that they increase her insurance and took the debit order. They are quick to take your money but ignore you when they need a response.
