Dont want to cancel policy
I cancelled my policy with them but they don't want to stop deducting money from my account, i called them to cancel my policy with them but the call center agents informs me that they cant cancel my policy but need to give take the matter to a supervisor who is always busy but I'm informed that they will call me back but up to today they have not....now they keep deducting money out of my account when i no longer have a policy with them.
