Don,t return calls

Tried getting hold of the claims department for the last 4 days, every time I phone they tell me that they are experiencing high call volumes and that they'll get them to phone me back. No one contacted me as of yet , this is very frustrating as you guys were quick to phone me and take my money when I wanted to take out a policy , but when it comes to service there's nothing so what am I paying for then?
