Dont pay rewards unless chased, dont respond to cancellation requests, site login doesnt work
<p>I need to constantly check and beg for rewards - so if you are busy this is not the insurer for you.</p> <p> </p> <p>Tried to cancel the policy a week ago - no response to email.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cannot even login to the customer site.</p> <p> </p> <p>Complete joke</p>
