Dont know what they are talking about

Got a call from an annoying 087 number and because true caller was not working I answered. Next day a lady from miway insurance phoned trying to convince me to change policies. How can I change policies when you tell me the car I have been driving for the last 10 years does not exist in your books. Tells me I must have the wrong details and goes through a long list of cars she thinks it could be. Needless to say I have blocked the number but they still try and phone me every day 2 - 3 times - DONT bother I wont answer
