DON'T JOIN CAUSE YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR POLICY

I am having a big struggle with this company to cancel my policy!! I was insured with MiWay and never had a claim for all the years I was insured with them. They sent out an agent to assess our Business risk and insure us. After 6 years i found out that my vehicle stock was never covered ass indicated and the contents on site was never correctly covered. Every consultant I spoke with escalated it to a team leader who had to apparently listen to a call that never transpired as they had a consultant that came out to me and the conversation was thus never recorded. I cancelled the policy via e-mail to *** as per the cancellation department that I phoned numerous times. The e-mail keeps returning stating there is a delivery failure. I have even done a cancellation on the MyWay app and what happens they deduct 2 debits in April. I phoned them again and reversed the debit orders. I was instructed by their call center to send another cancellation e-mail and they confirmed the e-mail address. I have since repeated the above process several times. HOW DO I GET TO CANCEL MY POLICY WITH THIS COMPANY??
