DON'T INSURE WITH MIWAY INSURANCE

I wish to formally express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of MiWay Insurance regarding the handling of my claim. My experience with the company has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

For more than 18 months, MiWay has failed to properly process my claim arising from their insured client. Despite numerous attempts on my part to seek assistance and resolution, the matter has remained unresolved.

What is particularly concerning is that instead of addressing the claim and providing the necessary assistance, representatives of MiWay threatened me and pressured me to remove my posts on HelloPeter. Such conduct is unacceptable and appears to prioritise suppressing legitimate complaints rather than resolving them.

As a customer seeking fairness and accountability, I expected professionalism, transparency, and timely assistance. Unfortunately, my experience has reflected the opposite.

I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and that MiWay will urgently address the outstanding claim in a fair and professional manner.
