Don’t insure anything with Miway.

Miway should not be allowed to be operating in South Africa. They are the biggest crocks that you can choose to trust your valuables with. I had an accident on the 7th of March till today I don’t have my car back. They chose a ***** panel beater who did a shoddy repair on my car( I have pictures and videos). I have been following up trying to get this fixed. First, they said I should give the panel beater a second chance to rectify his mistakes and that was Thursday before the Easter long weekend(2024). On the 17th of April 2024, the panel beater called me to come collect the car to be disappointment the alignment of the bumper still not fixed and there are still dents on the bumper where there was an impact. Calling them to try and resolve this you are greeted with the most disinterested employee who doesn’t care to fix anything. At this stage only the insurance ombudsman will resolve this.
