Don't hold your breath when they tell you 'the right team' will call to address your complaint... You'll probably suffocate!

They told me they'd pass my complaint onto "the right team" to help me. Even after I expressed my lack of faith that they won't, they didn't bother to prove me wrong. They are eager to call you to take your business... but not so eager to pay out... Too busy making obscene profits at the expense of their client-victims! TYPICAL!!!
