So I send photo for my claim they come back with a quotation of R1900 and said cause my excess is R6000 I must fix it

I said I want my car physically assess. They get the quotation from the panel beater they work with, instead they delay my approval go get another quotation attached it to the claim without consulting me and now advising me they charging me additional excess for single car accident of R3000
