Don't do business with Miway

i do not know what Miway insurances problem is as i was told by Miway that my cars value was R63000,00 they only paid me over R42000, legal action is now unavoidable as i have asked them several times if they were sure about the amount and they confirmed it also with the rental vehicle i was told by Tebogo that he spoke to his manager and the vehicle was extended for a week now i was told by Avis car hire that they never received that instruction. i am going to keep this car as it was told to me that i have got it for a week. If Avis deduct payment from my deposit for the extended period then this will also be going to the Lawyers. Miway you might be a big company but not above the law, you have asked for war now you have got it, expect a document from my attorney and the cost will be yours.i will not advise anyone to use Miway as i am a witness to their ****s.
