Dont do a quote to with miwag if they tell you they will pay you if they dont beet your premuin

I was called one day stating they want to quote me on in surance and if they dont beet my premium they will pay me R400.00 i send my documents as they have requested and they didnt beet my current insurer now if im not mistaken its been more than a month and i have not received it. They have phone me about a couple of weeks back and i told them if rhis is the service i get not being a customer what would i get being a customer they said they will sort it out till date nothing. Shocking miway insurance shocking.
