Don't trust MiWay's R1000 Challenge

So I heard about MiWay trying to copy Outsurances Outbonus by offering a reward of R1000, if they can't beat your current insurance policy.<br> <br> I took up the challenge with Lloyd Kgobe. All throughout the recorded conversation, he repeated that he wanted to compare item for item, like for like. To make sure that the quote was like for like. I sent them my policy detail from January, and when they had a look, they said that the could beat it by R50. <br> <br> I looked over their policy compared to mine, and the difference was that they didn't give the extra gap cover (to the same value). Since Lloyd kept repeating the phrase: Like for Like, I then called my insurance company to compare, and my retail and top-up value wasn't the same as MiWays. I updated my old policy, and sent it back to Lloyd to do a proper LIKE FOR LIKE comparison.<br> <br> He called me back to argue with me, then got his manager, Ashley Veerasamey to verbally attack me as well, accusing me of trying to ****** MiWay. This attack and defamation of character is the only way MiWay seems to try to get their way. <br> <br> Don't bother trying to beat the challenge. They won't stick to their word an will try any and every trick to get out of it!
