Doings thing YourWay

A side mirror is ****** at a parking area and when you claim you are charged excess for the damage (R4250) just to replace a mirror. The same mirror is less than the windscreen replacement excess (R1100). Indeed you are now doing things YourWay. It is appalling and I regret not listening to people who warn me about MiWay.

I didn't expect anything positive instead I asked the person not to explain further.My mistake was to give you a benefit of doubt, I had a bad review from all the people who close to me who had experience with MiWay. Trying to convince me that a mirror and a glass is not the same thing is something else. A glass that cost R11000 with excess of R1100 and a mirror that cost R3500 with excess of R4250, which is made of glass and just a reflector........
