Does not want to assist

Good day<br> <br> I have been a loyal customer of MI Way since 2011, never had any accident claims. Only claim was road side assistance.<br> My car stalled on my way home yesterday of which I managed to get myself home. This morning I contacted Miway to assist in getting my car towed to dealer less than 1 km away from where I live. I was told that they cannot assist me, because of this I hve been inconvenienced from not being able to have car taken for repairs, I am paying for services not rendered.<br> <br> I asked that someone contact me, its 2 hours later and still no one called me.<br> <br>
