Does not pay claims

They offer lower premiums but it comes at a bigger price because when it comes to claims, they do not want to pay out. They've got an insurance salvage company "investigating" your claim who are not experts in the technical aspects of your appliance, but they make determinations. Miway also does not send the findings in writing. Would not recommend, very dishonest experience from an insurer I thought was a better choice.
