Does Miway pay Third Party claim

I had an accident in April 2015, where I collided with the taxi/ Quantum as I was driving Toyota Run X. My claim with Miway was speedily resolved, thanks to Cedelia Barker. The problem is now with third party where He sent his claim and remains un-answered. The legal department has failed to reject or approved the claim. They say he had duplicated some of his claims but have not informed him or pin pointed the issue. I have paid him R10 000 so far, to show my legal liability. This whole scenario put my life at risk since it has been 9 months without payment.
