DOES MIWAY NO LONGER EXIST?

I've had no issues with miway, in fact their app made my life easier didn't have to spend hours on the phone calls. But after my accident there's been no communication, and they know fully well we can't make direct calls due to covid. I'm in the dark, I'M PAYING FOR A CAR THAT HAS BEEN WRITTEN OFF, I'M ALSO PAYING INSURANCE THAT HAS NO FORM OF COMMUNICATION,

You sent me a number to call if I need assistamce with couriers and other documents. That phone number you gave me is on voicemail.

This is beyond me on service delivery

I'VE FOR YEARS BEEN RECOMMENDING ALL MY CLIENTS TO MIWAY. I'LL DEFINITELY ENSURE THEY AWARE OF THE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE
