Does MiWay know what they doing!!!

3rd September I was involved in a car accident and to date I am getting conflicting stories from MiWay. I first received an email stating that my car is a write off and I need to submit certain documentation. Which I did. No response! Me, the client keeps calling to find out what is going on however I cannot get hold of Livhuwani Siganunu, the claim advisor dealing with my claim. Eventually she calls me back - advises that the email I received was sent in error - 'we were moving over to a different system'. Have you ever heard of such *******. I then requested for the amount that my car is insured for and till today she cannot or will not give me the amount. Surely one can bring up my policy on their system and it will give you all the info. Something very strange going on. She sends me the report of the damages which amounts to R50,073.29 and tells me that the car still needs to stripped to assess further damages only then she can advise if they are repairing. I requested that the report be sent to me before authorization is given. This did not happen and instead I get an sms stating that my car will be repaired. Why has a manager not called me back as per my request???
