***** accredited service providers

My mother's car was involved in a car accident last year June. So she took it to an accredited body Shop at punda Maria road and to this day the car hasn't been fixed.. when she calls the insurance to inform them about this they tell her to talk to the body Shop. How can they associate themselves with such a ***** service provider and accredite them. This is pure ***********ency from both parties!!
