DO NOT USE MIWAY - R4500 EXCESS on power surge claims without informing clients

Took out the best insurance - home content cover for R192 per month (R200 000). No Exess at all. We decided to move to a bigger house in a better neighborhood so my kids can be safer. suddenly my premium is increasing to over R300 per month and now there is an exess of R4500 if a power surge messes up my stuff. This is unacceptable and i will not accept this. I will rather be without insurance than be taken for a ride. So if i claim a R7000 fridge - you want R4500 excess on that meaning i will het R2500 to replace my fridge with !! HAHAHAHA then i need to make debt for the rest !! So why be insured at all. I can buy a new fridge and pay R350 per month towards that so why pay miway and the furniture store ????3 Point is, when i joined there was no excess on power surges and now you just change that.
