DO NOT SIGN UP.

I've been with this guys for years and now they treat me like **** when i complain because they dropped the ball. DO NOT SIGN UP. I Signed up and paid for mech warranty. When i need it i was told to go to a few miway workshops. I asked the agent how do i get there if non of the shops are close to where i live , how do i ride there with a broken car. He suggested i tow the car, for a inspection at my expense. Then if i am unhappy with the cost of that service i need to return the car at my expense. I will also have to pay for the inspection and as we all know in this south africa they do not charge reasonable prices. For clarity . My car needed the wheel hub replaced. Hub cost 950- 1500. I can do the job myself since its easy. Through Miway and their friends i would have had to easily do a 4k-6k. I asked to cancel. they did not respond to my emails. They deducted in December with no complication like they gave me. They deducted again in JAN. Now i try to log in to my profile and im blocked.
