Do not keep to what they say or advertise.
Claim that their give better service but can't get through to log a refund nor will my bank allow me to do a refund on my app. I would stay away from them. They claimed they would cancel my insurance with my other provider but failed to do so. Ended up with 2 debit orders going off and making either insurance null and void.

06 Apr 2021, 11:30Who puts a non reversal hold on a debit order. Not allowing control to the person whose account it is. This is not good practice and just gives very poor faith in something being done. I have to try and go through you to meet your end when you make it so hard to cancel.
