DO NOT EVEN DARE JOIN MIWAY INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!!

I got hijacked. And our vehicle was recovered although it was stripped damage headlights, front grill , Cluster and mini damage on dashboard. We lodged a claim on miway instead of assisting fixing the car first they assign an assessor who ask a HIJACK VICTIM one question 100times , they tried by all neccesarily means to find a reason not to pay . Firstly the damage report came back ridiculously R255k . We declined it to be written off then their assessor came back again asking me same questions for 200times again again again & again yet claiming that I'm being dishonest so they reject my claim due to dishonesty honestly who can answer one question300 times ? Isn't that annoying?. They've asked if is possible to drive 12000km in 2 months I asked him why did we buy the car if I can't go to jhb everyday when we want to ? He failed to answer , HE THEN LITERALLY FORCED ME TO ADMIT THAT WE USING OUR MINI BUS AS A TAXI !! we told him a lot that we not and he's insisting that we using it as a taxi .Now they've rejected our claim we have to personally pay for our car damage I WOULD NOT IN A MILLION YEARS OR CURRENT ADVICE ANYONE TO TAKE MIWAY INSURANCE!!!
